We are following the vaccine rollout plan from the Government and the practice will be informed when we can move on to begin vaccinating each group. Please be patient whilst we work our way through each of the priority groups in order and be assured that you will be contacted when we are vaccinating your group and have vaccines available.

We will receive delivery of the vaccine at short notice and therefore we will contact eligible patients by text message or telephone to arrange vaccine appointments. Please be assured that as soon as you become eligible, and we have a sufficient supply of the vaccine that we will contact you to offer an appointment.

If your enquiry is related to COVID-19 vaccinations, please visit or call the Scottish COVID-19 Vaccination Helpline on 0800 030 8013 (available 8am–8pm 7 days a week).

Due to the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak we have changed the way in which you can book an appointment at the practice. Please DO NOT come to the practice to make an appointment. You should phone the practice on 01382 456700 to book any appointment. Your call will be answered by the Receptionist who will take some information from you before passing your details to the clinical team. A member of the clinical team will call you back to assess your needs and they will book an appointment for you if appropriate. No appointments can be booked without going through this triage stage first. Further to this we have suspended our online booking system and all appointments must be booked by phone. Please be aware that all incoming and out going telephone calls are recorded for training and security purposes. We thank you for your understanding during this time.

Do you have a muscle, back or joint problem?

You do not have to see a GP if you are suffering from muscle, back or joint problems. We now offer a Physiotherapy service in the practice. The Physiotherapist can assess you and diagnose the issue. They will offer expert advice on how to manage your condition and administer medication if required. They can also refer you on for further treatment or investigation to specialist services if required. To make an appointment with the Physiotherapist please contact the practice.
